Begin with wider photographs showing the affected elevations, then document each window or door and each visible type of damage. Screens, sash, frames, exterior capping or cladding and exposed operating components may be affected even when the glass remains intact.
For partner work orders, include the business name, complete service address, work-order number, scope, requested timing and supporting documents. One business may have several project locations, but every location should have its own work-order information.
