PARTNERSHIP SERVICES

Choose the support your project needs

Product supply

Windows, exterior doors, patio systems and interior doors sourced from local, Canadian and international manufacturers.

Measurement

Measurement is included; responsibility for final ordering dimensions is confirmed for each project.

Installation-only

Suitable partner-supplied products can be installed after review of the product, opening, components and responsibilities.

Repairs & overflow

Service calls, installation backlogs and additional local capacity subject to scope and scheduling.

VINYL HAIL-DAMAGE RESTORATION

Vinyl window and door component repair after hail

Pitbull partners with restoration companies, contractors and property managers on hail-damage scopes involving vinyl windows, doors and related exterior components.

Vinyl glazing stops

Cracked or broken glazing stops are documented by opening. Profile, dimensions, colour and compatibility must be confirmed before component replacement.

Vinyl sash and frame components

Chips, cracks and punctures are assessed for location, extent, weather resistance and availability of compatible parts.

Glass, screens and capping

Insulating glass units (IGUs), screen mesh and frames, exterior aluminum capping and exposed components are scoped separately from the vinyl repair.

Multi-unit coordination

Work-order numbers, addresses, elevations, opening schedules and photographs help organize restoration work across condominium and managed-property projects.

CLEAR RESPONSIBILITIES

Set the project up before work begins

Installation-only work requires agreement on measurement, ordering, delivery, product inspection, materials, finishes, permits, warranty responsibility and deficiencies.

Before ordering

Confirm openings, product specifications, responsibility for final dimensions and required components.

Before installation

Coordinate delivery, site access, protection, finishing, occupants and other trades.

At completion

Use the agreed review, deficiency and closeout process.

PROJECT INTAKE

Give us the details needed to respond

Project information

Company, contact, address, project type, quantities and required services.

Documents

Schedules, drawings, specifications, photos and known product information.

Timing & logistics

Desired timing, delivery status, access and coordination requirements.

Review

Tina reviews each online request first, then assigns the appropriate salesperson or installation team.

ACCOUNT STRUCTURE

Keep the business and each job connected

The partner remains the customer account while each property is recorded as its own service location. Every location should include its complete address, work-order number, scope, photos, documents and requested timing.

Purchase-order requirements are recorded by partner. This prevents missing invoice information when a company requires a purchase order without adding unnecessary fields for partners that do not use one.

Tina receives new online partner requests first and assigns the appropriate salesperson or installation team after review.

THE PITBULL STANDARD

A carefully scoped project—not a rushed product sale

Our work is best suited to customers who value the right product, clear responsibilities and professional installation over the lowest initial price.

01

Understand the opening

We review the existing product, surrounding conditions and what you want the finished project to accomplish.

02

Compare appropriate options

Material, operation, glass, finishes and installation scope are considered together rather than as isolated upgrades.

03

Document the scope

You receive a written estimate, with project-specific inclusions and warranty information confirmed before ordering.
