From consultation to completed installation
1. Consultation and estimate
An experienced Pitbull representative visits the home, discusses requirements and prepares a written estimate valid for 30 days.
2. Approval and final measurement
After approval, final measurements and order details are confirmed. A typical project deposit is 50%.
3. Installation and completion
Installation is scheduled after products arrive. Removal, finishing and disposal are confirmed in the individual estimate; the work area is left free of installation debris.
REPAIR OR REPLACE
A complete replacement is not always the first answer

If the frame and sash remain serviceable, failed glass, hardware, screens or weatherstripping may be repairable.

What to look for in a window estimate
A useful estimate should identify the selected window, glass package and operating configuration, but product names alone are not enough. Review what happens around the opening: removal, preparation, insulation, sealing, trim, exterior finishing, disposal and final adjustment.
Interior trim and exterior finishing depend on the individual project and estimate. If two quotes differ, compare what each one includes before comparing only the final number. Product warranty details also vary and should be confirmed for the selected window.
Before approval, ask which work is included, which finishing remains the customer’s responsibility and which product and workmanship warranties apply.
